Pros
You will gain valuable teaching experience, especially online, which is a whole different animal. This can be favorable for some, while excruciating for others, depending on how welcoming you are to the world of online teaching. You will also have opportunities for 'bonus pay' when taking on classes to substitute and being paid for professional development and other faculty duties that will come with the job. Also a good pay rate for part-time, so don't expect full-time salary income.
Cons
Not much room for growth or upward mobility from the looks of it, and if you can't handle teaching classes on Zoom and learning as you go, then this may not be the right job for you. You will be expected to elicit student response and interaction online and deliver a "teaching performance." If you can't handle any of this then skip this one.
