      Pros

      Dishcraft has a great atmosphere conducive to accomplishing even greater goals. Highly capable team combined with an E-staff group who listens and leads well in the face of a fast moving team.

      Cons

      Small teams working at a fast pace can sometimes lead to gaps in communication. However the company is constantly working to take the steps to promote communication.

      Pros

      Very positive work attitude all around the office. People are there because they want to be there and believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market average. To me it was worth the trade off of lower pay for a great work environment

      Pros

      There were a few Co-Workers that was great to work with and we still talk to this day. The location was close to Cal Train.

      Cons

      Poor Management after the few founders left the company back in July 2019. Their only HR is their NO BACK BONE CEO. If you speak up about things they do anything in their power to claim your not working out and get rid of you.
