      Company policies are very employee-friendly. People are smart and solution-oriented.

      Cons

      As an employee there are none. It is very team specific experience if you are the unlucky on to have a not so good manager.

      Pros

      As a leading network, good exposure to a large broadcasting conglomerate. Large number of employees, so you get to meet tons of people. Good place for smart workers, hard workers need to become smart workers to get ahead. Trend setting Network. The CEO has a clear idea of where the company needs to go.

      Cons

      Poor pay, lower than industry standards. Petty office politics can be seen. Work life balance not great. No employee engagement initiatives. Learning stagnant. HR is aggressive and not people friendly. Taking leaves is a sin.
