The company founders are very kind & friendly & the starting salary is very generous. The starting salary is generous.

This company is more about political and social justice causes than being a logistics company. The warehouse manager Juan is incompetent, cluess & lazy. He also talks down to employees as if they are children. When comes to employees this company is very much about social justice causes so they hire unsavory characters with criminal backgrounds making for a very unsafe work environment. This is a good company if you wanna make some decent money & far as the ownership they do actually care, but unless you wanna work for a company doesn’t know what they’re doing and does things on the fly as well as work with people with criminal backgrounds I would say stay far away.
