      Classes are so much fun to teach. Clients are the best people. It gets you involved with a great community. Helps build confidence as a first-time instructor

      Cons

      Owners assign you songs to teach for class, not always based on your choice of song. Pay is low.

      Pros

      The mission of the company is amazing and something that is positively impacting the community.

      Cons

      Their executive team is filled with ideas but lack the execution. Everyone in HQ talks behind the CEOs back but won't do anything to proactively change it. I've been told that they are in the red and some locations are struggling yet they aren't transparent with the team. I'd proceed with caution if you're considering working there.
