Pros

The interview process is laid back and most employees are nice. I loved this job until I found out how disposable I was. In my opinion, it was a great place to work for. They are not on top of you and give you a lot of creative freedom. Which for someone like me, is very important. Everyone kind of became like a family until things went very wrong. I still do wish I was working there even though my pay wasn't the best. But, I also had no degree. So that was another bonus, they didn't look down on you, but encouraged you to go back to school. They didn't speak to you as if you were a child, and actually listened if you presented an issue.

Cons

They accused me of going crazy( understandable at the time, we weren't sure what was happening). I had actually suffered a stroke in my frontal lobe ( which effects behavior along with many other things including emotion). I found out later after I actually suffered the stroke. I worked hard for months, and received positive feedback until I started having medical issues. We were not originally aware of it being a stroke. I took leave to figure out what was going on ( I thought it was depression, it was not). I just knew something was very wrong. Finally got a diagnosis of suffering a stroke. I let them know and asked if I could please return to work. They would not let me and accused me of lying. I have all the documentation that it was in fact a stroke caused by a blood clot. This was extremely unfair considering before my medical crisis I was succeeding and doing very well at my job.
