Honest, good pay, family business

Hot and dusty in summer, cold and wet in the winter

Pay was decent when industry was doing very well when I worked there from 2012-2014 during my first stint. A lot of employees were making good money at that time. I came back in 2017 when things were picking up again. The company has shown that they are willing to increase pay whenever they're able to.

Industry has been unstable which has caused many oil companies and oilfield service companies to close up shop. Diversified has survived but not without sacrifices which have included pay-cuts and other limitations in the past.
