Okay but Can Still Improve - Editor Diwa Learning Systems Employee Review

I was able to find more meaning in my work as time goes by. There are times that I feel valued. The company offers hybrid setup which is more convenient for me, that's why I stayed here for more than a decade.

Pay is quite low. There are limited promotion benefits.

This company is a good place to start. Also fun to work at since there were a lot of activities.

Salary increase is very minimal for software engineers since it is not a tech company
