Pros

You can get free lunches pretty regularly. The break room is nice. There is a massage chair.

Cons

Communication here is awful. Policies are changed without notifying the people that will be impacted. Pay is not good, and there is virtually no room for growth or pay increases. Culture used to be good, but it went seriously downhill. It used to truly seem that management cared about employees, but they're increasing our of touch and are leaving employees behind to languish without support, direction, or adequate pay.

Pros

I have had the privilege of working for DoHardMoney since August 2017. As a freelancer/contractor, you can never be certain what kind of clients you'll truly be working for. From Day 1, I was welcomed in to the DHM family as a recruiter. The career opportunities for my personal growth and development haven't stopped since! DoHardMoney has a fantastic corporate culture. Team members regularly enjoy rewards, recognition, celebrations, monthly potlucks, birthday celebrations, quarterly rewards for meeting company goals, and more! The company offers paid time off, a number of benefits, boasts a casual dress code, an onsite gym, and open office floor plan. Those things are great, but the people are even better. The executive leadership team truly cares about each and every team member, and they work to show it daily. Individuals are recognized for their personal contributions, and teams are too! I have the pleasure of working directly with the CEO of the organization. He can't be simply described, but outgoing, positive, forward thinking, and a master of his craft are just a few characteristics that come to mind. He is dedicated to empowering his team to take the organization to the next level.

Cons

I don't live in Utah! I wish, wish, wish that I was onsite with this wonderful team of people every day. I'm grateful for the time I get to visit the office.
