      Great place for flexibility. 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, one week closed at Christmas.

      Cons

      Limited career opportunities for admin staff. Long hours toward filing deadlines. They load high performers with more work and don't care if you burn out.

      Pros

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Cons

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
