Pros

Nothing as such! Toxic politics, blatant favoritism, and ego-driven leadership.

Cons

I usually don’t write reviews because experiences vary from person to person. But after reading multiple reviews here from frustrated ex-employees, I felt it was important to add my honest perspective. My experience at Doceree was nothing short of disastrous, and frankly, reading other people’s accounts made me realize that the issues are not isolated, they’re systemic. The first red flag is how the company responds to criticism. Instead of showing maturity or willingness to reflect, they respond with frustration, defensiveness, and ego. They seem more concerned about controlling the narrative on Glassdoor than actually fixing the root problems. This behavior mirrors exactly what happens internally, management reacts badly to disagreement and treats feedback as a threat, not an opportunity. The culture is toxic, plain and simple. Office politics and blatant favoritism run the show. Promotions, recognition, and opportunities are not based on merit but on how well you align yourself with the “in-crowd.” If you’re part of the inner circle, you can get away with anything. If you’re not, no matter how hard you work, you’ll be overlooked, sidelined, or set up to fail. Management lacks basic emotional intelligence and professionalism. Ego clashes, immature behavior, and controlling attitudes are rampant. Instead of building trust, leadership thrives on fear, manipulation, and power dynamics. They talk a lot about culture and growth, but their actions reveal insecurity, micromanagement, and a deep inability to accept any form of dissent. Another disturbing aspect is the culture of retaliation. Employees who speak up, question decisions, or show disinterest in the company’s theatrics are quickly branded as “negative” or “difficult.” Constructive voices are silenced, not heard. This has created a suffocating environment where people either conform or get pushed out. Doceree is a textbook example of how a company with potential can be ruined by toxic leadership and unchecked politics. The environment is not just unprofessional, it’s emotionally draining. Many talented people leave not because of the work itself, but because of the daily mental exhaustion caused by favoritism, ego battles, and a complete lack of genuine leadership. If you’re considering joining this company, think twice. The glossy external image doesn’t match the internal reality. If you value integrity, fair treatment, and a healthy work environment, this is not the place for you.

We appreciate the time and creative energy you put into this review — it’s clear you’ve given it some thought (and perhaps a little flair for drama). While we can’t speak for every individual’s experience, we do know that perspective is a powerful thing — and often, what feels like “toxicity” to one person can look a lot like accountability to another. We’ll admit it: we do respond to criticism. Not because we’re trying to “control the narrative,” but because we believe silence leaves room for misinformation — and we prefer clarity over conspiracy. As for “ego,” we find a healthy dose of confidence helps when building something ambitious. It’s hard to revolutionize an industry by whispering. Hard work and professional growth are rewarded here; politics, not so much. It’s unfortunate that your experience didn’t align with that, but we wish you success in finding an environment that feels more in tune with your expectations.

Pros

Working at Doceree has been an incredible experience. The company truly embodies a fast-paced, high-performance culture where everyone is encouraged to push their limits and grow quickly. The speed at which teams operate is genuinely unmatched — it keeps you energized, motivated, and constantly learning. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the exposure to diverse teams across different cultures. You get the opportunity to collaborate with talented people from all over the world, and the amount of wisdom you gain from those interactions is immense. It broadens your perspective and accelerates your professional development in a way few companies can offer. Doceree is also a place where the potential for learning, growth, and financial upside feels limitless. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the go, and wants to be part of a high-impact journey, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Doceree is not the right fit for everyone. The environment can be intense, and it’s not for the faint-hearted. If you struggle with fast-moving priorities, high expectations, or direct feedback, you may find the pace challenging. The company values people who can handle constructive criticism, adapt quickly, and continuously improve — those who prefer a slow or sheltered work environment may not thrive here.

Pay is competitive and results driven

Cons

CEO is rude and dismissive. They micromanage to the point that we're all wondering if they have the office bugged.

“Office bugged” definitely wasn’t on our vision board. In all seriousness, we never want attention to detail to feel like a lack of trust. We appreciate candid feedback like this As a current team member, we’d genuinely encourage a candid conversation with HR. We want concerns to be raised directly, openly, and constructively so we can keep improving how we work together.
