You never qualify for the RVU bonus because of the unrealistic RVU goal set. They only care about money. You are left solo to see anyone who comes in no matter how long the wait is and they expect you to have a visit even if the person is signing in for an issue that is not appropriate nor can we treat based off what THEY say we can and cannot treat, sometimes you’re there until past 11 pm and it could be 20+ in the waiting room at 7:00 pm and they will not let you stop letting people sign in.
