Communication gaps sometimes occurred between teams due to rapid growth. Limited onboarding/training modules in the beginning, which made the learning curve a bit steep.

However, the internal employee experience appears to be quite variable: while some have a very positive experience, others report significant issues around compensation, management, clarity. If I were to give a quick verdict: a company with potential, but with caution — especially if you value stability, structured growth, and clear policies. If you’re early career and up for learning, it could be a good fit; if you’re more experienced and expect robust systems and benefits, you may want to probe carefully.

Experience seems to vary a lot across teams. If you have the ability, align yourself with a manager or team known for supportive leadership and transparent communication.
