I had the privilege of working at Document Solutions for over 10 years, and it was truly one of the best experiences of my career. One of the standout aspects of this company is its management. They are incredibly flexible and genuinely understanding when it comes to family issues and childcare needs. Whenever I faced challenges, my manager was always there to offer support and solutions, making it easy to balance work and personal life. The owners of the company foster a warm and inclusive culture, It’s clear that they value balancing hard work and family. I’m grateful for the years I've worked here.

None, no pros at all

The company culture is toxic, demoralizing, and built on fear rather than respect. Employees are expected to give everything, yet are made to feel undervalued, disposable, and constantly criticized. From my perspective, leadership showed very little appreciation for the people actually doing the work, and the way employees were spoken to and treated created an unhealthy, stressful environment that wore people down. Morale was low, turnover was high, and it often felt like loyalty and hard work meant nothing. I left with the impression that this is a place where employees are not genuinely respected, and where leadership needs to seriously reflect on how they treat the people who keep the business running. I would not recommend working here.
