      Pros

      Paid on time and weekly pay.

      Cons

      Bad planning, Managers incompetent and have no people skills, favouritism culture protecting incompetent supervisors, vehicles are basic and limited speed which makes long journeys unsafe especially in non air conditioned vehicles uncomfortable. Managers and supervisors constantly blaming individuals for their mistakes. No sick pay even if injuries occurred at work.

      Pros

      I’ve been in the job for about 8 months and it’s a busy environment with lots to learn. The team is down to earth and friendly and while the job always keeps you on your toes people go out of their way to support you. There are lots of opportunities to try new things and meet new people from different walks of life. One of the most encouraging things is seeing that there are lots of extra training opportunities like NVQ’s, and they’re not just available to younger staff.

      Cons

      It was an intense start in the the beginning and took some time to find my feet. I’m feeling a lot more confident but there is still more to learn as I’m only early into the job
