Pros

small business and clients are awesome.

Cons

owners are racist, someone caught covid and we still had to work, most people hired have little to no animal experience. starting pay rate sucks, turn over rate is high promised a raise that never happened. Just a all around bad place to work unless you are just looking for something temp.

Pros

I work at Doggie VIP for 3 month now, love my job, this is a great environment, all you want in a fun job, but if you see some of the reviews on this platform you can tell they are angry people with issues and as I understand they were all fired for incompetence and big mistake that endanger the dogs, one of them let escape one from the park, incredible, anyway Doggie VIP is always looking for smart good pet lover people and I can tell you this is an amazing job, don’t get me wrong is a lot of responsibility and you need to have common sense, but the best part is they are opening several locations in different states and plan to open another location in Philadelphia so you have a opportunity to grow in the company.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say

Pros

If you're an animal lover, you'll spend plenty of time with fur babies. Simple daily tasks if you have great organizational skills. Definitely a part-time gig, even if you're full time. Opportunities to pick up shifts and discuss schedule flexibility if needed. Great position for multi-tasking.

Cons

Small family business that needs tons of improvement. Antiquated systems and poor training policies. The manager was extremely disorganized and would often rudely interrupt the front desk while handling clients. Rude owners, do not value their employees. Does not take the concerns of employees into account, for attendants and receptionists and management follows the same values. Overall, unsavory business. Should have read the reviews before considering the position.
