To address some of your comments, we have strict policies and procedures in place regarding these concerns and we take them seriously. Regarding wage, we do not pay less than the Federal/State minimum and in most of our locations we do pay higher than the Federal/State minimum wage, we also offer a ton of opportunity for employees to grow with us and more than 20% of our hourly workforce have been promoted to a management position each and every year and along with those promotions are merit increases.
