Pros

The perfect place to work if you're a masochist. Great place to meet your next drug dealer. You can drink on the job without issue; no harm no foul drug use policy.

Cons

Safety is secondary. The cast system is strictly enforced. Management is treated well. Everyone else are treated as peasantry. You are replaceable & treated accordingly. Slave wage.
