I can go on and on about the Pros of working at Doherty. The biggest thing though, in my opinion, is the value that that is placed on people. Everything from the charitable employee emergency fund that donates hundreds of thousands of dollars every year to employees in need to real opportunities for growth based on merit and hardwork.The training, benefits, and perks are top notch aswell.
