This represents solid progression opportunity for a company of our size, but as you can imagine, these opportunities are competitive. DoiT has shifted our business model to ensure that our DoiT Essentials customers have access to GenAI support (built an foundation of years of service experience derived from the expertise of our Cloud Architecture and Engineering team) as well as the full suite of FinOps Intelligence offerings - all at no cost. All DoiT customers also have the opportunity to upgrade to more advanced service tiers at the Enhanced and Enterprise level, including access to greater product functionality as well as direct support and advisory services from our Client Services team members, which is necessary as part of ensuring we are providing a stellar experience at every service level while also running our business efficiently.
