Pros
- Great people! From leadership to junior folks, everyone is hard working, passionate, fun, and caring. - Culture/energy - Related to the people, but also different - DojoMojo has a great culture driven by the employees and invested in by the leadership. People operate with humility, people actively help one another, leadership is available and responds well to data. - A unique product with a lot of potential - DojoMojo is focused on how brands can come together to build value - there are so many ways to do that, there is never a lack of new ideas/opportunities.
Cons
- Standard start up stuff - As a start up, DojoMojo has a lot to do and not enough time or people to do it all. It generates a certain level of intensity that some people thrive on and others do not. It is not for everyone, but I also wouldn't say it is anything outside of the ordinary for a early stage start up trying to lock in their product-market fit and scale.
