The politics and side comments in the office are real. You only get promoted if you come from outside the company or outside of the country. New management want to make a name for themselves by playing the tough strict boss. After 15yrs of aggressive growth they start to lay people off after 1 bad quarter. Have seen employees of over 25 yrs get no retirement party or recognition. Right wing politics in the office are getting out of hand.
