good pay, awesome office and benefits.

Not the greatest atmosphere for growth.

coworkers are very nice and easy to work with, salary is good, christmas bonus is generous, I'm also given a lot of responsibilities so it's a good opportunity for a beginner to learn how business operates.

building is pretty old so there's always a water leak and mould on the wall. it's a small depot so there's no clear career path for me. Food wholesale industry is quite busy, work hours is 40 hours a week, sometimes I have to work overtime as well and it's fully onsite so it's kind of draining
