Pros
Staff all really friendly, good job security, and lots of opportunities to gain skills and qualifications that are applicable to other jobs within the industry (manual handling certificate, food hygiene certificate, forklift licence, etc.).
Cons
More often than not you will find yourself working longer hours than advertised, and also not a lot of opportunities arise for a chance to progress, considering the size of the company.
