Easy work. Good for cashiers not really managers.

No help. We have to keep a budget on payroll which means there is only 2 people in the store at any giving time even when its busy. Which makes it hard to watch the floor. Theres no security in the stores and they arent in the best neighborhoods so alot of employees dont feel safe leaving alone at night.
