Pay is not where it should be for the amount of work that is required. The front office management is constantly changing making things challenging to have a successful team that is on the same page. And the attendance polices are extremely black and white. So if you have any type of family problems like say a sick child that is going to cause you to miss some work. Then this is not the company for you. There are no exeptions made for attendance. You are very much just a number at Dollar Tree. No care that we are all human.
