Pros

Coworkers are good but they do not stay.

where to start..... Disorganized and in constant fire drill mode. The leadership has no clue to what it is they are doing or should be doing. They are lazy and delegate without any vision, which can only lead to failure. They are indeed great at leading failing ideas and doing the same thing over and over, fully knowing it will not work.They do not care since they are not the ones to giving up personal time to complete bad projects, they are not the ones having to make ends meet because salaries are lower the average. The turnover is unbelievably high, many do not even get to the end of the 90 days, once they see how bad things are, they run. Not a good place to work. Questionable ethics and behind the curve products.Unqualified people keep getting promoted (without any merit) and the good ones end up running first chance they have. Very disappointing..... Do not take my word for it, just read the online reviews ....frustration is the common thread, yet nothing is being done about it. Take any other offer before you accept a job here.

Thank you for your insights. While the very nature of our business dictates that we move at a rapid pace, no one should feel that each day is a fire drill. We value all our team members and hope that each person is able to have a positive work/personal life balance. With the recent changes in the C-Suite leadership, perhaps your point of view will change. Your comment regarding questionable ethics is something that’s taken seriously. We encourage Dominion team members at all levels to report unethical behavior and/or practices. Pros

The coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

It was taking a long time and several versions of CRM that did not make it to market, resulting in decline of clients and staff.

Management promotes open conversations about the voice of the customer to build better products and to service the customer better.

Cons

Sr Management needs to implement field improvement suggestions quicker to create a better solutions culture.
