DTG has a fantastic culture where you work with a small team of knowledgeable Software Engineers/Architects who have been at Dominion for over 15 years on average. You are assigned tasks that are within your skill level, yet still challenging so you're always growing. The architect is always keeping up to date on new technologies so you aren't stuck in some recurring legacy nightmare. Aside from seeing how your software benefits the latest and greatest in technologies on new model year vehicles, you also get to witness model year vehicles that aren't even in production yet! Ohh, and the owner of the company invests a great amount of time and resources into not just growing the company, but also in improving the culture and lifestyle at Dominion; I was pleasantly shocked at some of the events hosted and how much was spent to show that they care about the employees!

The travel is really nice at first, but depending on the location, you might work too much to take advantage of your trip. The project managers can be a little disorganized which can be frustrating at times.
