Pros
Worked at head office for Academy. Great team with loads of support. Management was very kind and willing to accomodate any personal matters. Time spent with delegates is precious and makes the job very rewarding. Travelling can be fun, specially when there are big events to support with. The team is pioneering cultural change across all of Domino's UK and Ireland which is an exciting thing to be a part of.
Cons
The job is field based, that means Mon-Fri you will be away from home, staying at hotels. It sounds fun but the novelty of it dies out quite quickly. It is not a job for people with dependants as you HAVE to be away from home most weeks.
