Pros
Easy to get hired. Flexible schedules (depending on location) -- if you wanted to work a lot of hours, they'll let you; if you wanted to work three days a week, they'll let you. You could get time off for an event or a family vacation just as long as you let management know in advance. You get paid daily as a driver, you can keep tips and they pay mileage which you took home every day. They had restricted areas for bad neighborhoods, but at some locations where most of the area was bad, you still had to go. Easy to learn how to do task. The company does a lot things to make the delivery process easy.
Cons
Split wages for drivers -- $4/hr while on deliveries, min wage in store. The managers don't get paid enough (that's why some revert back to being drivers and you have drivers that stay drivers for years). Some of the people you deal with can be a pain. As a new hire you gotta watch for some people you work with. The list goes on.
