Pros
if you hustle and pick up shifts-both easy to do you can make big money. I used to take home (cash) 900/week-that was 6 closing shifts from 4p-3a. not as busy anymore-but you can still make money. schedule is flexible and people are fun to work with-be careful of a disk boss! most managers are pretty cool
Cons
no benfits-I call it the black hole because you can get stuck there and will not gain any skills or build a resume. working late nights gets old
