      Pros

      Great benefits package, great Fort Mill location, beautiful campus!

      Cons

      Corporate reporting structure went through major changes in 2014, leadership was poor in management and above level. Corporate HR lacks talent to make necessary organizational changes and oversee HR policies and procedures. Has good "ole boy culture" and lacks diversity

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
