      Pros

      The team I worked with out of Cerritos was like a family. I loved the people I worked with for the 8 years I was there. I wanted to retire from this company. We had a lot of fun and had 2 fantastic Plant Managers over the course of my time there.

      Cons

      Loyalty to select employees/management over others. The door is not always open for communication with management. When help was requested on a major issue, the request was refused.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
