      Pros

      Considered one of the largest Pulp producers in Canada- backed by large Asian conglomerate that can provide influence in the overall market. Revived remote areas/community in which they operate in.

      Cons

      - Incompetent Chairman who created a toxic environment where there's no trust among his management team - Lack of leadership and accountability from the management side, no one questioned nor stood up to the Shareholder - Lots of bureaucracy and politics within departments - Poor working condition - long hours, lack of direction and recognition, inappropriate comments and borderline harassment

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
