      Company with multiple work sites allowing potential to relocate.

      Cons

      Ongoing in-fighting among upper management level staff who compete for resources and approval from owner. Reluctance to change and improvement, e.g. company requested head office to downgrade software systems to accommodate other work sites / office.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
