      Pros

      Work culture is typical small town. Everyone knows one another inside and outside of work. Generally everyone is very respectful of each other and their work. Managers are helpful, not really many issues at all.

      Cons

      My position isn't what I want to do the rest of my life but that's not the company's fault. There's some favoritism but it isn't bad enough to cause issues.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
