Pros
- Gained a lot of marketing and branding experience
- Given a lot of creative freedom to plan events and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Great coworkers, the environment and hours encouraged us to be close and grow together as young professionals
Cons
- Poor management, the 6 college students on staff basically ran the property
- Cheap and careless construction: we were encouraged to promote this property as a "luxury" complex and justify the high prices to our fellow college students by promising a top-notch experience upon move in...however once the property was built things were unfinished or made poorly. The money hungry upper management is more interested in taking advantage of poor, uninformed college students than actually meeting the needs they claim.
