On the downside, there are moments when attention to detail could be improved. Some projects or tasks might lack the level of precision they deserve. In addition, while the overall atmosphere is positive, there are occasional situations where mutual respect among colleagues could be stronger. These instances don’t define the company culture but show that there’s still room for improvement in terms of collaboration and professionalism.
