Pros
I worked for Door to Door in accounting for several years and was laid off only because of the efficiency in leadership and teamwork made my position unnecessary. I was offered a position in Customer Service but did not need to work for a while so I declined. Recently I found it necessary to obtain work again, saw an opening in Customer Service and applied. I was welcomed back with great enthusiasm and am enjoying being back in a hard working, team oriented business. Expectations are high in what is desired in those that work here. We are given the tools needed to do our work and get great encouragement from supervisors and management. It is a fast paced, pleasant atmosphere.
Cons
That would depend on the individuals personal work ethics. We are given pre training, coaching, etc. So only if the individual does not like to receive constructive criticism would there be an issue. No place is perfect.
