Initially offered remote, salary position with great benefits

After a few months remote turned to hybrid, salary position became hourly with little to no opportunity for overtime and all benefits declined. Constant changes frustrating employees as well as customers, little to no communication between departments and MXP was the abyss for all merchant problems with no resolutions in sight
