The CEO is a manipulative dictator who never knows anything and plays the victim. It was surprising that this company doesn’t have a board to have taken her out! If you don’t agree with her ways, don’t expect to last. It’s not a surprise that only those who are her “friends” and a “yes man” last within the company. It’s her own personal sorority and everyone else is a muse. Many talented and hard working people have left the company due to her lack of leadership and business acumen. When investors, exciting brands and people are leaving a company, that should be a sign. Beware! Chao Wang will be the fall of this company
