Positive impactful work. Great benefits and care for employees

Hard work with long hours at a high rate of speed. But the work is fulfilling so this is not a complaint in any way. It’s a privilege to be busy doing good work.

Great benefits and 401k match. Some people at the foundation are great.

Some people seem to step on others to make themselves look better. Passive-aggressive comments were made about colleagues as opposed to constructive feedback. The work environment is more critical and toxic than supportive and empowering. No work-life balance, people are seemingly expected to work beyond office hours for things that can wait and are not dire.
