      Great environment; I enjoyed working with the team there and learning about the manufacturing process.

      Cons

      Not many downsides—some tasks were boring or tedious but necessary. Other than that, it was great.

      Most of the people are great to work with

      Cons

      Dorner used to be about providing a good product and taking care of the customer, the rest took care of itself. Now it is about month, quarter or year end financials. Squeezing everything they can out of you, and a inferior product for the customer.
