Pros

Generally fun people to work with at lower levels.

Cons

The revenue organization is a disaster. There is no clear vision of how to intentionally roll out new initiatives, no proper training, and no career pathing. People are quitting weekly at this point, and everyone is burnt out. There is no work-life balance at all here— leaders will message you at 10pm which sends a bad message. For the sake of your mental health, DON'T WORK HERE!

Pros

- Good end of year bonuses - Regular yearly raises, but you likely aren’t starting out at median pay when you get hired - You can secure a management level title pretty easily, even if you’re not actually management

Cons

- There is no formal HR dept or other employee-relations dept. If employees want to report something, they’re told to go to the legal dept/in-house counsel. The CEO/in-house counsel don’t see how this could be a conflict of interest - You’ll be expected to take on several roles without commensurate/median pay or guidance. If you perform well, you’ll be expected to take on more work/responsibilities/roles while underperforming co-workers get to coast by because of nepotism or favoritism - You’ll be expected to figure it out or learn as you go, often in departments that you weren’t hired into - 95% of the company is Armenian or Slavic, so diversity is a joke - Majority of the company has cliques and you’re looked down on if you don’t conform to the “company culture” - Office politics is necessary if you want to maintain your job, get a raise, or get promoted. While this is common for most corporate companies, you’ll become an Olympic medalist for office politics at dot818 - Majority of the company is male dominated with finance bro egos - Lots of gossip and co-workers throwing each other under the bus - The company is definitely still a startup environment even though they deny it
