The worst company to work for! - Manager DotPe Employee Review

I have a list - First of all, I'm still an employee so this isn't an ex employee's bitter review. - There is no vision or mission that the Founders have. they release a new product every 2 days and expect it to become a success. it always fails because there's no concrete foundation. - The management is so terrible. management has changed 10 times in last 6 months. they set unrealistic targets that even they cannot achieve. then they fire their subordinates not achieving it while they keep their jobs safe. - They hired a city manager who was about to get fired from his previous job and they put him in charge of a city here. - He supports and promotes "Men" from his own community, not anyone else. - He does nothing all day except sit on his chair and ask what's happening and order food and eat all day. To everyone who's planning to join this company. I'm warning you prior. Please Don't! I wanted to report this behaviour to the HR and higher authorities too, but in vain. Nobody here cares! I wish there was a higher authority, I could report these wrong doings to.
