Pros
- Friendly approachable staff - Dotmatics lifers with vast product / industry knowledge - Above average pay (for devs) - Annual bonus, cycle to work, childcare vouchers etc - Enhanced maternity package - Nice location / office - Internal training / progression
Cons
Things that are standard in the software world are sold as perks (wft, flexitime, performance laptops, big displays, Intellij etc). Other reviews have mentioned the code base, they're not wrong. It's old, fragile & everything dev related is slow. Seems to be little appetite to improve, providing customers continue to buy. Onboarding is little more than a few Udemy courses & small projects.
