If your salary goes above ₹₹90K, be aware that you may be at risk. Management conducts weekly evaluations of each team, and if profit margins fall below 50%, team managers are instructed to lay off higher-paid employees, regardless of performance or contribution. Overall, the company culture prioritizes short-term profits over long-term employee growth and stability.
