Pros
-Fantastic people and support
-Massive emphasis on training and learning quickly
-Entirely self-driven promotion structure based on meeting performance targets
-Very real path from entry level sales to running your own office
-Can pick own days and take time off or holidays as you choose
Cons
-No work life balance. Although you can choose to take days off in practise if you want to advance and be offered the best opportunities you will find yourself working about 60 hours a week with 80 hour weeks on road trips.
-Commission only leads to a very unpredictable income. Tying in to the above although you can take days off, most people can't afford to.
-Outdoors. You will get wet, you will get cold, and every now and then you'll probably injure yourself while rushing.
-Door to door. Both a pro and a con. Its extremely tough so you will develop true resilience and self-motivation through practise. However you will be dealing with some very unpleasant people. A growing experience, but not always a pleasant one.
