There is no cap on your income. As a product specialist you have a salary but are paid great bonuses. The bonuses are determined by how you perform. The better you perform, the better your income. The company promotes within, which is great for anyone that is seeking to work their way up.

The hours, just as any other retail facility. The dealership is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 6:30pm & Saturday's from 9:00am - 5:00pm and closed on Sundays. Besides Sundays, you get one day off during the week & one Saturday off a month.

Good place to work at. You are paid by performance so there is no cap on your income. You get what you put in. Overall, it is a good environment to work at with excellent training. The sales philosophy empowers the product specialist and eliminates the back and forth you get at a traditional dealership.

Cons would be the amount of time spent at work. Closing time does not mean leaving time if you have a customer.
