Some of the team are really nice, passionate and care about what they do, could be a good business with right leadership

Leadership is poor, blind leading the blind. A toxic culture from the top mean to the team annd evaporates any moral and leaves staff dreaming of leaving. Staff turn over is high not sure how the business is still going. Lots of people have tried to turn it around but it comes back to extremely poor leadership from selfish and inexperienced owners.
