Pros
Create your own schedule, put as little or as much as you would like into it, easy to advance in company, company always sending out free product so it is very rare you need to place an order to supplement kit, great group of people to work with, ability to build your own team, trip incentives
Cons
If you build your team too quickly, it becomes hard to manage everyone and get them ready to work on their own. Home office hours are during regular work hours which makes it hard to call in if you work full time.
